If all this is true, don't you want to change your signature?

"Just say to yourself in your head dovii's only have two predators, man, and caimans..... and that is why they are the greatest, well the greatest if you don't count the Freddy....DOH!!.... and remember that when you buy any other fish once again, with the exception of the mighty Freidricksthelli :swear: , they just get :owned:"

:j/k:

that quote remains still to the dovii cause of there large size..and my dovii and freddy are around 4 inches...they are not fully mature..but fish can still be aggressive if there not mature....

If the Freddies are the same size as the Dovii that means the Dovii must be much younger and therefore of course they will be less aggressive.

just becasue there younger means nothing

It means a lot. The closer to maturity they are the tougher they'll be. I've seen mature Convicts dominate tanks with Midas/RD's. But the Midas/RD's were just juvies, as soon as they got mature the Convicts were floating upside down.

lol.If you think they are aggresive now,you will be in for a big shock later.4" are truley babies, neither fish has developed decent hardware yet(teeth)
If you keep those fish together even in a bigger tank, your freddies will eventually feel the pain. It's like comparing a fight between a full grown cat and a 3 mth old pup.The cat can win but when that pup is all growed up.(run kitty, run)

I was just going to say that. Unless they're all mature, which they arent if they're the same size, you can't come to any solid conclusion.

IMO you can't come to any solid conclusion til you have multiples of each fish fully matured in equal tanks with equal water parameters. That's the only way to do it scientifically and rule out whether every freddi is the same or just one.

:j/k: <<<----indicates a JOKE.

There's a difference between aggession and kahuna's to back it up. Have you ever seen a large mature Dovii get pissed off? Freddy better swim away and hide....quickly.
