My female FH

I just didnt know if it would be better to breed her with another FH.
Just because someone mentioned people breeding them with a red devil and i have one..

I am assuming it would be better to breed her with another FH just for the whole "gene strength" thing.

Does anyone know what the are a crossbreed of exactly?
I've read about them all i ever see is RD..and unsure.

FH esp. old strains are based off of trimac/midas crosses. Though some of the newer strains are crossed many different times with a number of fish.
 
I would try to breed the fh to fh but hey doesnt hurt to try to breed fh to rd.
 
id try to breed her with a jag if it was possible i have no idea. but i think the RD and FH is a cool idea. and i would definatly like to see how they come out. good luck hope they turn out sweet

she was asking about the RD. to see if it was male by looking at it, so thats why its just the RD.

so a pic of its tube would be a way for us to see. or if it starts breeding with her.

but yeah some pics of the FH would be sweet
 
Hey feed your rd till he/she gets a nice full belly. usually the tube sticks out after a nice hefty meal. then you can try to take some pics.
