I'm sure it's affecting her swim bladder... Or.. it's dropsy? but I dont think that would be it.
 
well shes swimming on her nose none stop and wont swim upright. this is making me sad, she has strings type thing on her tail, mouth, fins. and her rectum looks enlarged
