MonFish Fanatic Thx m8
Thank you for the information, i appreciate it.
Of course u may be right, would not suprice me, but let me explain what we have come up with because we are having big diskussions about this.
What we have concluded is that this has 2 be some kind of "super" green arowana (as many may know there are several color types) but this is the first time that the more "knowing" amung us have seen greens with yellow fins. So its really odd and it complicates allot of things.
Funny thing is that we bought super red, banjar red, RTG and greens and got them in the same shipment, these arowanas come from KAIJU AROWANA in singapore, which is a very famus and serious farm, just the paperwork tock several months 2 get ready and we have dealed with this farm before, it allso sends big shipments around the world so these are not from the black market and the chance that they have given us something else besides the fish we ordered is very low IMO.
Remember:
If a serious farm like that would send BR instead of Green and give us certificates of green when the fish is BR -then this could hurt them allot so im sure they are careful when it comes 2 that.
And allso remember, we ordered around 6 banjars in this shipment, they came in the same size aswell and the difference was clear, the greens are darker and they have darker yellow fins. And the BR is just as u explained, pinkish with really yellow fins.
Even my friends aro, the one in the vid has darkened now and looks more like mine i've heard.
This is really weird, all of us know that greens dont have yellow fins, as far as i know -no one has ever seen a green with yellow fins. But in the same time - im having a hard time 2 beleve that a serious farm like this would make a misstake like that.
I would like 2 think that the parents 2 my green aro maybe are a mix between BR and Green. That would explain the darker colors and the yellow fins. Is this possible?
Weather its a green, super green or BJ im really happy and it does not make a difference for me. The Aro is awsome as u can see, im sitting infront of the tank for hours just looking at it. And i got it 2 eat yesterday, 4 shrimps
2 at the morning and 2 at night. Gonna feed it again now.
Plz keep talking about this matter, its interessting 2 find out what this fish really is
