My first Cichla...what type is it?

Finally jumped over to the dark side and got my first cichla! selection and availability in my area sucks, im lucky to even see one in a LFS. here's a bunch of pics, he's about 4".

so what does he appear to be? a mutt?

look occell but might be mono who knows give them so more time to show true colors

hmm hes got 3 spots like a orino.. But no gold rings around thm yet.. could be a hybrid.. Nice though

thanks for the input. he does have the 3 spots like orino and you can barely see some gold specks around them. but then he appears to have the "bars" like mono.

thats why i was thinking he's some sort of hybrid. any other input?

mono.. red tail at 4 inches.. occel don't color till 6 or 7. very nice..great pick up....
