Your in a pretty good place to find mono's and orino's.

Im gonna say Mono. Hes showing alot of red in his fins allready and hes stressed still...His head and gill plate favors Mono but like these other guys said it could still be Ocel. Look at his eyes in a few days. If they start to show obvious red then its an Ocel w/o a doubt. No red, ide say Mono 100%. I wouldnt care what it was, cuz its a badass fish either way
