So, I went to my LFS and bought the golden datnoid I asked about. MFK introduced me to this fish, and when I saw one for sale at my LFS, I had to buy him. He's small, but he's VERY territorial (he asserted dominance over my temensis pbass, the most aggressive fish in my tank). Here's some shots, from my LFS, to the bag, to the tank! All dat keepers: I'm open to suggestions and info! Thanks! ( K krichardson here he is for you to see)

I haven't fed him yet. But I've got bloodworms in the freezer when its feeding time.:)

Good fish. What kind of eel is that listed as? I've kept my IT and NTT with a black spotted eel for around 4 months now and it's been a good mix thus far.

If I knew, I'd tell you. When I read 'black spotted eel,' I looked it up. The one from my LFS looks a lot like a black spotted eel.

I believe those are called Peacock Eels if I'm not mistaken. Saw some at Pet dot Com in San Gabriel.
