Save your money on blackworms. If it is taking it into its mouth then it will eat it cut
into smaller pieces. My pups were raised from birth with cut up earthworms about 1/4".
 
You can also try mysis shrimp, that's what I feed my rays along with bloodworms until they are big enough for market shrimp (4-5 inches). They also like cut up silver sides as a treat.
 
That ray looks to be very young. I've found with my babies when I've tried to feed shrimp to early they would take it but not as well as worms which lead to a very big size difference in the pups. Again depending on the age I would go with some cut up worms till it got a little bigger.
 
Thx for all the info guys! Maybe ill do a variety of food. I think its skinny :'( i need to plump it up , i can see lines behind-below his/her eyes looks likes his/her bones.
 
Right now try feeding 3-5 times a day when there this small and you can do the variety but only do the cut up shrimp for 1 of the meals until it gets bigger. If you find that it isn't eating the cut up worms go to the blackworms for awhile.

Yes, cut it better - although he may fight it and eventually win....
Try also some blood worms in the beginning.
