Burried the fish=dig it out carefully=wash it to get rid of the dirt=submerge in bleach for 5 minutes (Don't use to much bleach as it will soften the fins, just mostly water and part bleach. 1:100)=Boil it in alcohol to harden the fins. Remove any remaining flesh and let it dry to prevent fungus from growing.

For those that are still fresh, skip the digging and take out the guts, gills, eyes, toungue and other large flesh. Submerge it on bleach just for 2 minutes just to melt away the fin membrane and other fleshy stuff and take it out. The longer it stay and the fins will become fragile. Boil it in alcohol for 10 minute to harden the fins and other softer parts. Use a softt toothbrush to remove any membrane that attached to the find, scales and head area. Let it dry.

Yep, it's more like an expression of excitement or admiration and wanting to copy what he did to his bichir.

You the man!
I think it would be nice to try on a big pleco, but I hope that's gonna take a long time , cuz mine are all very healthy and still young.
I'll remember your thread though, it may come in handy.
Great idea.
