My Flowerhorn has this transparent poops for 2 weeks.

I guess that's a good thing if one is selling the product, not so much if one is using the product and has sensitive fish.
 
3 grams Levamisole HCI in 90 gallons or 6 grams in 180 gallons = 7.47 ppm. At least that's closer to 2 ppm than 13 ppm. I wonder where that number came from?

13 ppm - 2 ppm = 11 ppm
11 ÷ 2 = 5.5
2 ppm + 5.5 ppm = 7.5 ppm // not sure which dose is right? Just split the difference :D
 
I noticed my green terror would get spooked easily while being dosed with levamisole. I would have to approach the tank slowly and be sure not to startle him. Dispite my best offorts he did lose a scale during treatment from dashing around.

Just thought I would mention it if you happen to notice similar behavior with your fish. My gt went back to being normal after the meds were removed.

Secondary bacterial infections in fish with hex is quite common, which is why I believe Clear contains an antibiotic (tetracycline?), along with a med designed for internal parasites. Charles has a Ph.D, in chemistry, not any type of science that involves treating sick finfish. A lot of people have lost fish over the years following his treatment advice, and unfortunately his info is still found online and many people still post links to his info. Up until 2015 he was still selling Lev and other meds etc online.

I first posted about those OVER-dosage rates (13 ppm) posted by Charles et al 7 yrs ago when I first treated a FH that I owned with Levamisole.

I believed he had secondary infection as well. If I didn't catch the septicemia earlier he would had died. My flowerhorn is now accepting pellets too and he ate a lot. Im so happy of the outcome that I had been treating him for 3 weeks straight.
 
Just looking at your photos mate, your tank and filter seems almost to clean.. just goin back to basics hear mate with him at the top of the tank has your tank cycled properly? Do you have/leave enough poo for to feed your bio filter? Your filter seemed way to clean. Usually bio filters are nasty lookin (huge colony of good bacteria ) or perhaps you have sump running with it?
