No problem. Fingers crossed it works. Make sure to switch off any lights as I recal levamisole being light sensitive
Its been approx 24 hrs and ive changed 50% water and siphoned the bottom. When shall i put the next dose in?

Treatment is normally repeated in 2 to 3 weeks.

How is the fish now?

I would keep up with daily water changes to give the fish a break from meds and monitor.
Today morning i threw 2 dried shrimps and he ate them seems he was so hungry, but hes still stressed and colors are quite dark. he finnaly ate sth ,Is this a good sign ? but im so happy that he finally ate in weeks.

Yes, it is a very good sign.

Full recovery could take a bit longer, just like in humans it doesn't happen in a day. I'd keep the water clean and give him good food and then redose in a couple of weeks to be on the safe side that there isn't anything left alive.

Tries giving him pellets he doesnt eat them, he is so scared that im having to cover the tank with newspapers. He runs and hides when i go near, i only give him few dried shrimps a day he only eats those. I gave him shrimp soaked in garlic soln today. Is it fine to feed him shrimp only cuz he isnt accepting pellets no matter what.

If he's got white poop and the levamisole did not fix that, it is very likely a flagellate issue.

Metronidazole as per the other thread or Dimetridazole, or Aminonitrothiazole are the choice of meds, the latter two being superior.

When you dosed metro, how much did you dose and for how long?

Yeah, doesn't look stringy or white but it doesn't look normal too. Keep an eye while it actually discharges the poop to see how it looks. Did you do the 2nd dose of levamisole? The fish may as well be clearing up still from whatever it had.
The syringe and epsom salt might hel but it is very stressful on the fish.
