My flowerhorn turns white

Fading is losing the dark melanin in the skin to expose a lighter base color. Its a process that takes time. Your parrot fish are faders.
View attachment 1379277Here is a female fader of a different breed (almost done fading) showing a bit of the egg depositor. A first time egg layer can show this for up to 2 weeks before she lays, after that it usually only pops out a day or two before laying.
It could be a prolapsed anus due to illness. If you say your water is fine and the other fish are fine I would not suspect illness. Your tank is overstocked which could lead to problems. Your fh looks like a female to me. Try and get better pics. Sometimes turning on flash helps get better shots of a moving target.

Do you have another tank to put flowerhorn in? If its stressed then it is really stressed to drop that much color. It also looks like a prolapse.

I do but have a big one but i have arowana in there..hehe..he s not dominating in that tank anymore..whats prolapse?

You have alot going on so its hard to tell you where to start. Big waterchange and reduce stock immediately, quarantine flowerhorn and treat for illness. Not really sure what to tell you otherwise.

Should i remove the sand? The only thing is there is the bridge like where they rest...

You have way too many fish in that tank. The flowerhorn needs a minimum of 75 gallons to itself NO other tank mates

And with that many fish I would be doing a weekly 75% water change or 50% twice a week
