Sounds like he needs an intervention or else have those fish confiscated. I know how it feels though, intake care if the 55 in my school and they always say "oh it's a bad time, let's talk next week". At the beginning of he year there were 4 neon tetras, 2 glofish, 2 platies, 5 mollies, 1 Cory, and 1 common pleco. Now there are 3 neon tetras, 2 glofish, 3 mollies (one is pregnant and has inch), 1 Cory, and 1 pleco. I swear I'm going to flip on them pretty soon, I'm just keeping calm now because they're giving me the tank and and the fish and I want to get those fish to a better cleaner home (also they haven't changed water once in the three years it's been setup).
