Yeah I've treated twice with API General cure and three times with prazipro and all orinos except one has died. The kels I don't even know if they are sick or not but like I said I've seen the white poops still floating around occasionally

I have 100% decided on selling the bass and calling it quits for a little while. I am sad to say I am one of those people who jumped in a wee bit over there heads. This is a huge game and you need huge money to play. The losses, The 250 dollar electric bills and the equipment has taken its tole on my and my family to be honest. Im still a young cat and Im trying to provide for me, my fiance and my two year old daughter. I plan on returning when I move out of this apartment. I need a insulated area where I can keep fish so my bills arent so high. Also the no foot traffic in the basement added to them being terrified all the time. Couldn't even have friends over down there without them loosing it. This summer I need to focus more on getting new work as well as a house for us. Plus Ill have more time out on the water fishing. Its just too hard for me currently.

I just want to Thank you all for your help & encouragement. I have learned so much on here. Ill be around still for you all that care ;). I have a 50 gallon ill probably keep something in to stay occupied around the house but cichla are out for a while.

Thanks again everyone and I look forward to seeing all your updates.
 
Don't give up man. I lost almost $500 in fish inthe past few months. With life comes death, it happens. Seems like my expensive fish always bite the dust first.

There already promised to my boy from buffalo so it's kinda too late. I deserved that G lol. I just have other priorities right now like moving and getting a new job so I can get a house. Apartment aint working for my family any more. If for some reason he changes his mind ill keep them. The stress and money issues with the fish ain't helping either. It's not the losses only that's making my decision it's all of it right now. Just topped it off is all. Thanks guys. Ill be back soon I'm not selling any equipment.

Lol $250 electric bills this is my cheapest bill yet I have seen for my house I average double that a month but this includes a pool and kids leaving their stuff on and I have to agree with g you will regret giving them up I got bored with my herd plus having all my extra time wrapped up in building a couple custom jet skis took all my focus from my bass and I almost sold my teminses but my wife threw a fit when I told her I was gonna sell em and I'm glade she made me keep them plus I've had them from 2" so emotions kicked in also
 
Well lucky for you you can afford it lol. I can't. I work a terrible customer service job at like 10 dollars an hour and my fiance makes a little bit more than me . We're pretty strapped man. No doubt ill regret it but it just has to be done right now.

Lol ken, and I wouldn't say I can afford the bill its just something I know is my main priority in the house next to the mortgage sometimes more so than food, but to be honest I do understand that sometimes u just can't swing the money for frivaless hobbies keep your head up man as ull get there one day and back into the game. I'm just a pool man currently but soon enough I'll be a business owner then its on
