Go back to empty and get it running then add a quarter of the media and test and continue adding until you find a medium. That's all I can suggest good luck. Pm me I might be able to get you a canister until you figure something out.

I'm just Gonna aerated and keep my media in the tank tonight and I guess tomorrow go find a couple bulkheads and drill two more overdlows. I was very happy to see it ran and pushed so much water ha. Just can't win on a Thursday night

Patience virtue brother. Trying checking members near your area to see if they have HOB you can borrow. If you were here I would lend you my HOB until you get that tank working. Do you have powerhead? Mayb maxijet 1200. I can send you a link to make power filter with bottles using your existing media. This should save your live stock.

Yeah. The media is in water from the tank right now. I have power heads in the tank making plenty of surface agitation. Also heating. I have to go out tonight after work and get more pvc parts. The bulkheads will be here tomorrow so I think and hope they'll be ok right?

Idk why I keep spinning my wheels with DIY projects sometimes. You try to save money and I think I end up spending more cause I run into so many damn problems. My bass are small yet so I'm gonna just go out and buy two AC110s and a big canister and call it a Freakin day. I'm gonna be in for a lot of water changes cause I'm gonna have a mini cycle but screw it. Fish are fine this morning so I'm sure they can make it through the day. I'm gonna go shopping then tonight install the new filters and do a big WC. Ill just keep an eye on my water quality and change as needed.

DIY sometimes can end up being costly. If you want to save money then I recommend UaruJoe DIY. recently, i did a power filter with a powerhead using water bottles. It worked great.

I saw that it looked good man. I have enough equipment laying around this damn house where I can just sell it and probably my my money back on the filters ha.

ON the brite side of things. With two heaters directly in the tank and not in the sump anymore the tank got to 87 right away. And stayed there. Thats gonna save money right there.

Can't believe I was gonna get rid of these guys :( I'm so sorry
