I have to ask Darius, what minium IQ is required to gain benefit of extra funding going to the education system in America? From the last poll I saw conducted this year, the average American IQ is 100. So what would the average IQ have to be in order for funding to be beneficial and what is the average IQ of students that would recieve funding? And since IQ is plotted against percentages as a bell shaped curve, the lower 95% of IQs in America would cap out at around the 120 range, give or take depending on the plot.
I'm curious as to what constitues worth while and what you are backing that opinion with.
