That is a nice habitat, however it wount last for more then 1 or 2 years Do the mesh thing that another forist said. Also I would put some plastic so to create green house efect and retain heat and moist. Also I would also clean your tortoise´s home its full of poo there

very nice diy -I use to have 8 large adult Iguanna's that were rescues, back when I worked in the pet trade- I converted a 16 x 14 room into a cage for them and some of my turtles.
Your setup looks great- good to see the dedication you are showing to you pets
Many large reptiles are bought and then given up on in the near future, because of size or other parameters.
I highly commend you guys for this
Nice tortoises as well
Beautiful animal-just ashame many people can not commit to taking care of them
