I would have been pretty angry about that ..... Isn't that indecent exposure to some degree ? Do you have kids ? You could have him arrested for that./QUOTE]
I have one nine year old who was out playing but did'nt see what was going on and I thought about calling the cops.I was'nt sure if it was a case where he had to caught in the act by the police in order to be arrested.

You probably should have aimed a little lower.
wow... Sorry I wasn't sure if you had kids let alone nearby. Honestly next time call the police. I might even go as far as notifying them now to add credence if it happens in the future . Some people are really sick man...

Yea you have to be carefull these days. To the story about the car and the wife going off lol.........

She could have got you in a lot of trouble. What if that guy did come out of his car and beat your ass then start on the rest of you family. Or worse pull out a gun and let your wife have it? People are to crazy these days, and be thankfull thats what they meant by being american. Some people think they are americans cause they always have a gun on them and feel they can use it anytime they feel is right.

^hence why in about 1 month ill have my concealed carry permit and will always carry

So I'm sitting on my front porch enjoying the warm weather and watching the children play.I notice across the street there is a man sitting on the front steps of a house.A few minutes pass and this man gets up,walks across the street and enters the front yard next to my house and proceeds to relieve himself into some bushes. At this point I'm just stunned at this guy's audacity but I get up and yell over for him to stop.He actually had the nerve to explain to me that he lives across the street and he did'nt feel like going upstairs to use the bathroom in his apartment.I don't know which part of the whole thing offended me the most.
if you have bushes and no pets simply hook up (hidden) a 3ft section of the electric fence used for cattle inside the bushes.......then wait for the screams (with camera ready of course).

Agreed but I don't have bushes or shrubbery on my property. The guy was watering my next door neighbors bush.

You know it....Looks like you had the right idea and got out of here. This town has become a real dump lately. This is the town where people get shot and killed over a parking space.:screwy:

If I had a dog the sub human might not have dared to even come near my house.

LOL,I was mad enough to do something like that.

Hey Krichardson, I grew up in South Philly and I know exactly what you're talking about. One has to have a certain appreciation for the Philly culture, with the cheese steaks, soft pretzels, hoagies, Liberty Bell, row houses and the great sports teams. I will always love it and I do miss it. I go back to visit my relatives who are still there, and keep in mind that this is the "City of Brotherly Love" and the original capital of our nation. Also, keep in mind that this is the city that goes down in history as the only city to ever throw snowballs at Santa. Literally, the entire stadium snowballed Santa Claus way back in the 60's at an old Philadelphia Eagle's game, during a halftime show. They often show it on ESPN. They have the original footage. It's a reflection of the Philadelphian mindset. ;)
