id like to see more pics man--- ive seen pics of that fish on p-fury... that exact photo- very nice fish- are you positive its ven? looks like possibly peru diamond? who brought that fish in?

Mine is a vinnie, I know the difference. Yes, the vinnie has been posted on many websites. The rhom came from the east coast to someone in socal. I purchased it from him. I believe pedro had some 12" for $800 at that time. Actually at that time (2003-2004) there were quite a few large ones available, including coming from shark aquarium.

Actually at that time (2003-2004) there were quite a few large ones available, including coming from shark aquarium.no no no dude... in no way am i getting defensive- lol... its the internet man how can you tell by typing? i was just curious is all--- its easy to get these fish mixed up by the different localities--- and unless you know exactly where he came from its all just guessing... and i remember at the time when those guys came in... actually i made a post about a 14"er earlier in this thread dying in a heat wave- that fish also came from aquascape in the same batch--- as far as george goes- my fish came from him and he told me it was the largest one he had ever brought in--- he has brought in a few in the 10-12" range and a few more in much smaller sizes--- lets see some more/different pics of your fish-

That's not a wolf in the water vinny...They are more grey/silver and have a much bigger hump on their head
