nice tank how did you do for the lighting? hope all goes well

Thanks! Lighting is just one 18" Rose colored bulb and two 10" carribean blue lights. there is also dual 4ft plain white bulbs but they are rarely turned on.

okay so no magic celofane effects. i personally dont like the lighting colours for this setup but they would look great on another tank. i rekon that tanniny(if it can be said) water with 6500k bulbs with high intensity would look great, but if that s how u like your tank well keep it that way afeter all beuty is in the beholders eye

Sorry so long for the pix guys, my youngest has been in the hospital for the last week, and my wife is due with my son any day now so its been hectic. enjoy and thank you all again for the kind comments.

I wasnt really aiming for any particular lighting scheme, more or less i was just wanting dimmer lights as i found that my Dats seem more active in lower lighting. the lights were actually just random lights from old setups ive had..lol. i actually dont know too much about lighting at all.

Truthfully, in what downtime i had i would jump on MFK and it would get my mind off things at least for a few minutes. The little one is doing good and out of the hospital now, just in time for my wife to go back in and give birth to my son (Yes definitely a future MFK'er). Thanks for your concern. The big problem now is an aggression issue with the new "tankmate" and the "old stock"...lol.

heh, talk about overcrowded...get a BIGGER tank!!! lol, yeah for his 1st birthday, i'm gonna get him a betta tank...start him off small, with mini monsters.
