My little Turtle

Thanks.
As I said I had a RES once, and now I have the opportunity to raise a turtle again.

Here she's basking. Its a see trough riparium, standing in the middle of my little livingroom:

All plants are real.


Maybe anyday soon I will accomodate two adult REsliders, which on the
moment are living without any light.
In the mean time I took in a FSST (Florida Soft Shell Turtle):







And surfacing:


So now I have two turtles.

be careful with the softshell, the snapper might injure it

Yea, they live in the same water, but its divided, and they'll never live
together in the same enclosure.
That wont be sain.
One of these days Im getting some more tanks, wherefrom one is fot either one of the turtles. So they both can go live bigger.

But for now both of them live with Yucatan Mollies, Guppies, and some
Hyphessobrycon Pulchripinnis.
And the Softshell lives also with one aquatic and two landcrabs.

I found some indonesian Floating Frogs (Occidozyga Lima), and I have way to many young Fire Bellied Toads from two breeding pairs.
The sounds of all these frogs and toads are great!

Today I found two Channa's (Bleheri 'Blue') in my LFS.
By the way.
And all my Vampire Crabs are still OK.
So Im a happy camper.

i love florida softies!! i need to update mine.
be careful though, i would think that one of those turtles could climb that divider. prolly be the end of the softy lol.

Yeah, thenx for the warning.
I'll have to update on the soft shell too, cause hes living in another tank.
I'll post some pics of the FSST and his enclosure.
