My main tank setup

Thanks mate. It has been so hard resisting the urge to put the endlicheri straight in the main tank lol. I will take some better pics once I sort out the main tank a bit more. Also I know the endlicheri is eating because I had a small goldfish in the quarantine tank which I was going to take to a lfs as it came with another tank I recently purchased and I had no where else to put it lol. Maybe 15 minutes or so after introducing the endlicherit the quarantine tank I looked and it was just gone :(

Hopefully eating the goldfish won't be too bad for him I know its bad for Oscar's to eat them. I also fed some carnivore pellets before bed last night which he also happily ate.

Lol. True not good for the gold fish though. My girlfriend got home and was like where's the goldfish before she realized I had the new poly. I was like "ummm" in that guys belly lol.

I mean I considered the possibility of it being eaten but then I figured it was too large to fit in his mouth but yeah. Looked away for 15 minutes or so and it was no where to be found. This is my first lower jaw species. If anyone has any advice on these guys or if I should have concerns about keeping it with upper jaws let me know your thoughts and experiences. Here are the pics the seller sent me initially.

He isn't in with them yet. he isn't actually much larger than my sens at this point in fact he may even be the same size as my largest fatest female Sen. Possibly slightly larger. Those pic's make him look alot more massive than he really is. He is around 20 cm. I have more concern for the ornates as you mentioned which need to pack on some size or be moved before I add him.

Have you had any experiences with lower jaws eating upper jaws? for now the Sens have the size to be ok. Its the Ornate's who are growing quickly but currently a decent amount smaller than the sens I am more concerned about when I add him.
 
Well from what I've seen on this forum the endi is like the hungry hungry hippo of the poly world however I don't have any 1st hand experience but how big are the ornates?
