What do you guys think is a realistic time frame for me to hit 20 given that I can do 17 right now?
 
I'd say within a few weeks....You're close....pyramids should help greatly.
 
Well I did my curls for the day, 30 lb free weights 50 each arm, then two hand curl bar with 75lb free weight and 35 of these. Not much as I don't have room for a weight bench in my aparment. My cousin was in the marines and has a pull up bar and still does 25 regularly.

after the cheeseburgers and the cigarette i was able to do 3....

Congrats!...I think I'm gonna intensify my training regimen. Gotta get myself back in fighting shape, even though I don't fight anymore, LOL.
