I thought a tank decal would be awesome, but a tank top would be even better!

Since this thread got bumped, Im at 20 now, BUT its really hard on my elbows, joints are achey...

Lemon, the MFK store is def. in the works, Neo is still working it all out...
 
I'm assuming a forward grip is more manly? I need to start doing weights and working out. Ever since my cancer I lost A LOT of body mass and muscle, which I really didn't have much to lose in the first place. :(

I need someone to send me a work out regimine or something. LoL. Never really had one, so I don't know how to plan one and the like. Only bummer is that I would be doing it solo, can't afford the gym and don't have anyone around here that would be willing to do it. :(

Congrats on reaching 20 though Jer!! I don't even have a bar that I can try on, so I have no idea how many I can even do. Probably two maybe? :ROFL:

A gym is not needed in order to be healthy and stay fit. I originally started out by doing a few pushups inbetween commercials! It was a way for me not to feel guilty for being a couch potato.

PM if you want to chat more about things you can do outside of the gym!
 
Cool cool. I mean I rollerblade several miles almost everyday, but I need to work on my upper body.

Whats the word on the MFK Store though? Any previews on some of the merchandise? :D
 
I use heavy resistance bands for squats, two hand curls, rows, and one hand curls. I also tie them to my door and do rows that way also. The best 10 dollar investment I have made in a while.
