Nope :( I'm gonna place some food next to the rock it's under. But I just set up a new 27gal that I can put it into within the next few days. I still need to grab sand though we got about a foot of snow stoping me from going to the store right now haha

They can hide pretty well .cool :)just make sure to rinse the sand well. Wow thats a lot of snow no Awd or 4wd vehicle?

What would you say the best way to rinse the sand is? I don't want it all going down the drain. And we have an SUV just not an emergency to go out ATM and were supposed to be getting another foot very soon >.<

The best thing to do is either cut the top off the bag and let the water run in not hard enough to blow the sand out or a small bucket I use a old fish flake bucket and churn the sand with your hand and dump off the dirty water and you can set something in there and let the water keep flowing through. Keep rinsing until the water is clear. I just rinsed some black sand yesterday I'm redoing the plant tank. Just make sure to cut the filter off and set the bucket or bag on the bottom of the tank and let it spill out across the bottom some sand may float just tap the top of the water and it will fall down.it doesn't snow much here when it does we have to go play in it we have a 2012 WRX and a truck. So your getting another foot on top of a foot?
