the gold fish are very bad tankmates for most fish discus are one of the worst the discus will eat your shrimp and the hill stream loach likes fast moving cool water discus like slow warm water the rays will get huge the pleco will suck the rays disk and stress or kill it and the Arapaima will grow larger then the tank

the motoros mature at 10" but can grow to over 30 I'm pretty sure; it still has some growing to do, unless its stunted. Your tank looks nice but the ray and paima are gonna need a new home soon
nice, didn't see if you mentioned the 700 before. That'd be nice for a bit. do you have it up and running now?
