My new 2600 gallon plywood tank project

That looks amazing and would really be insane with a river theme background. I don't know if you are planning to but a root system background or even planting some mangroves in one corner giving it a look as if it is flowing out of a lake in to a river.
When I mentioned using a epoxy resin it would involve zero concrete. Just Make the shape you want out of whatever you feel the most comfortable forming then using epoxy to make a piece. You end up with just the epoxy to be silicone in and makes a great way to make caves and places to hide powerheads and what not.

Go buy a couple of lengths of big-diametre bamboo, split them into halves & cut the halves into 3' lengths (not necessarily in that order).
Now plank the back wall in these bamboo sections, maybe punching holes in the segments from time to time to improve water flow in & out and allow access for smaller or wigglier fish. If you tie/nail the bamboo planks to a 2" x 1/4" skinny board top and bottom you won't have to use epoxy or concrete or nuthin'. You can even plant terrestrial plants into the top of each bamboo... if there's space.

Ah the weekend, perfect for a test filling:popcorn:

Hope this is not a dumb ? On a tank this large an limited viewing of the back, sides, and bottom how do you check for leaks? Bubbling?
