My new 2600 gallon plywood tank project

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Just read through this entire thread and I must say that I salute your persistance. Truely epic build bud and I am looking forward to watching the progress!

Remaining stock (After my mass die off) that will be in here is as follow:

5 x 11-18" ID sharks (One albino)
1 FRT (Maybe 2 depending on their moods when they meet)
2 x 8" Flag Tails
15 x Clown loaches sizes range from 5" to 13"
3 x 8" Leporinus

Will be looking to add a Lince cat as soon as I can locate someone who can ship with a live arrival guarantee.

I can help you with this request. shoot me a pm.

So let me just say that fiberglass work sucks. Huge pain in the ass to say the least.

It doesn't help that I have a surface that isn't smooth and I am getting tons of air bubbles in the glass.

So, I abandonded the plans to glass the entire tank and just did a few layers in all the corners.

And of course the camera is dead so no pictures at the moment.

Tomorrow I will put the final coat of epoxy down and let it cure the recommended 3-7 days before filling.

PM sent.. And I want to say publicly that we have had our differences in the past and I really appreciate you willing to help me out.

Thanks
Wow. I admire you two for putting aside your differences and working together for the success of this project. That's what this site is all about.
