Ha ha! Finally! It's getting close to the finish line. This is a lot better than watching reality tv, full of drama and suspense but unscripted. Congratulations.
I think I let out a big sigh of relief after reading this whole thread and reached the last post about no leaks! Lol I was a little apprehensive with the original build process and felt a little more confident with the addition of fiberglass.
When I built mine I only used plywood with no supports and put on 3-4 layers of fiberglass inside and out and it's held up over a year with only a minor leak around the base of the window. After adding some silicone to the inside corners it's had no issue. I'm convinced the fiberglass is necessary for rigidity as well as waterproofing.
I just hope this tank is up and running soon and look forward to the finished product.
