My new 440 gallon ray tank is almost done!!!

Do you still have the huge bag StIcKy brought him over in?

Bag him, drain the tank down, place the bag in the tank, open the mouth of the bag---filling it with water. Keeping the mouth of the bag open, guide the ray in, once he swims in the bag lift the mouth of the bag then drain the desired amount of water out of the bag then lift the entire bag and transport him.-----atleast he still has a stinger guard on---It gets a little scary transporting big guys with no guard on. I actually lifted that ray you have with my hands and arms into the bag.
 
I would personally acclimate the ray and not just dump it in but its up to you. otos are pretty tough rays
 
actually there is a jar in the tank at the moment,doing very well,eating shrimp like a pig.He will be coming out in a few weeks and then i will add my rays:} and blue arowanas
 
nice tank ... wish i have the room for such a tank =)
