Yeah fantastic looking EBJD. Quite an improvement in color as they got a little bigger.
As for bloodworms, I think they are very beneficial in general. Granted, I just have a regular Jack Dempsey. I fed her bloodworms every other day as a juvy and it improved her growth rate substantially. But like these guys said before, I wouldnt take the risk feeding an EBJD blood worms.
Not to mention it heavily clouds the tank.
