Phoenix and I having 4th of July pizza and watching fireworks on CNN
He's both. When they are about to go you can tell. I get him to step up to my finger and position him over the garbage bin next to my desk here. Now I don't catch them all, but thats part of owning a bird. He spends about half the day out of cage, half in.
Sunnies are know to greet the sun when it raises and sets with the load screeching. You can deter them from doing it by distraction. I toss some toys and a couple treats for him to find on the top of his cage. He actually screams more now at the microwave buzzer than the sun, suppose he wants his portion of what ever I am eating....
