My Raf's hid for a week and now are often out. I feed them everyday. They are carnivorous catfish,
so this is what I feed:

FROZEN:
beefheart, bloodworms,brineshrimp, carnivore cuisine,

GROCERY STORE: Frozen Tilapia & Shrimp

PELLETS:
Hikari sinking carnivore pellets, Hikari algae wafers, and Hikari bottom feeder pellets.

Flake: HBH Tropical, Frenzy & the 8 Veggie

Other:

Earthworms

Hikari excel(floating)
