My new cats

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Then all is fine, just the usual community challenges. It appeared worse or so I perceived.

If you mean species ID, usually we need to wait until about 2' size.

Imo it will be pretty obvious at 6'' whether its wyckii, if there is any slight red in his fins its not a wyckii, after that its difficult, could always go on planet catfish or Google the science papers for differences, most nemurus ive seen are albino in the UK and most wont pass 12 inch. Artc can hit 3ft but ive never seen one over 2ft in an aquarium aquarium...

You and I are talking about TSN and yes, fasciatum, tigrinum, and reticulatum will be hard to tell apart until adulthood.

Justin and you are discussing the Hemibagrus independently but in parallel, apparently to keep things interesting... :)

lol... skim reading at work!-)

My turn to say sorry then.
It's definitely eating what it gets, the problem now is the bass is eating everything I throw in, so there's not much on the bottom for the cat. Lol I've got some tricks tough that the bass hasn't seen to feed the cat, so I'm not too worried. :)

If it helps on the ID, it's all very dark grey with an all white tail with what looks to be a tiny lyre coming off the top of the dorsal

I was so focused on the TSN that the last sentence didn't quite register in between my ears. We should strive to use names and not pronouns. They are longer to type but then there is less waste.

The duckbill deformity is genetic in almost all the cases, my impression is (it could be from an injury but those look a bit different). My other impression is it only can get worse, not better with age.
