Well, this thread just ended. It is now in several pieces. I assume my cupuria is the guy, since he was the only fish capable of doing it. He was fun while he lasted!

V 2 is coming next week. I am way pumped! Putting in a 40B until it is ready for the 240. I don't really care who it shreds there. (I'm a liar)

If it is anything like my 5 Silurus asotus (thanks Wes!), it will be a while. I'd expect them to be similar - they are close by geographically too - Yanze (meridionalis) and Amur (asotus) rivers, both temperate, both grow to about the same max size of 3', look similar, very similar biology = biological niche, IIRC.

I got them last Aug 2015 at ~4"-5". Today they are ~8"-10".

Fast forward to 1:00 min if interested.
