Thanks for sharing pics venom. You have quite the collection of marbles now.

Some of the rays look as long ad the tank is wide. Just keel an eye on the biolaoad. ;)

These rays will love your future set up (sooner rather than later i hope)

Im sure youlll get some nice pups if they breed.

Looking good!!!! :D Love that big one.

You're braver then I am, I only got 3 midgets/125 before scrapping the idea and began hunting down 180s. Looked good on paper. Built the stand, drilled the tanks, plumbed everything, fixed all the leaks, dropped rays in and I sat there, and they sat there and I began feeling bad..... Just not wide enough. Even with 6-7" rays in them.

I guess I should be happy I accidentally have QT tanks now. Or at least some new sumps......

Thanks Alan!
its not so much being brave ..its just that i didnt want to not get these rays...The Biggest is maybe 11" so being in a 125 for two months really isnt bad...its crowded i agree..but its far from abuse.

i am scared to ask you this Alan..but..how many tanks do you have anyway?

That's exactly how I feel about lil Marbles that look like yours..... I'm glad you got them from Warren or I would have had to talk him into shipping them ;) lol.

Current tanks- 750, 240,225,180,150,(2)125s. Currently making room for another 6x3x1.5 (225) and 180 stack. Hoping to have most of it done next week. Sad part is the 240 with the Morays is the only one without rays. And I'm sure eventually a saltwater ray will find it's way in there.

Really sad part.... My house is a rental. Shouldn't be hard to build a bigger tank then all my little grow outs put together once I have a house I can call my own.

No need to stress on the pond..... Just go buy a liner and a bunch of styro to line the frame, drop in the liner and done. Kiddie pools cost an arm and a leg to heat. Build your own and you can probably pay for it the 1st year just by the money saved in heating over a pool. I had no trouble heating my 700 gallon pond in a basement here in IA during winter with a couple 300 watt heaters. I had to use the same wattage for a 300 gallon tank upstairs.
