Despite what happened with my rays, I'm stoked about this new guy and also real eager to see how he turns out once he reaches a more monster-like size

my plan now is to grow him out and save some $$$ so later I can worry about upgrading and getting back into the rays

good plan when you do upgrade what you gunna try to upgrade to

I wanna go 8x4 (preferably 8x5 but the increase from 4 to 5 would send costs through the roof) and turn the current tank into a wet/dry. Another problem for me would be the sump pump. You know the tank is in my room so with a sump pump I don't know how much sleep I would be getting lol.

probably not the volume you're thinking of. I intend to keep it rather shallow 45-50cm.

I never even considered the cleaning issue I'd probably just use a mop for it lol.

So far this is just me spit-balling there aren't any official plans or pen-to-paper so to say
