I fed him crickets and he then refused pellets so I skipped one feed and he was willing to eat pellets again. He doesn't like not getting fed, he paces up and down the front of the tank, normally he swims all over and inbetween the branches, great to watch. You can tell when he's hungry. I've also been doing a 10% daily sometimes bi-daily waterchange and feeding twice a day and three time when I'm not working.
 
You must be so thrilled that he is eating pellets.. that is one wonderful moment in fish keeping.. once they do you know you have the problem solved..congradulations on an awesome jar and a good jar too!!:D
 
I didn't do anything, he doesn't like getting starved, two days is nothing I was exspecting to have to work at it for weeks. I wish everyone had such an easy time getting their fish off of feeders as i did.
 
Thanks I've made it neater since then, needs a background. Sorry for crappy pics, wish he'd stay stil, got his tank mates as well.

as they said above starve your JAR for about 3 day's and try to drop one pellet if you JAR doesnt eat it scoop it out right away do thesame process the next day eventually your JAR will get hungry and realize this the only food the he/she can get and eat it!!! show him who's the boss!!! give hime a tough love dont give up!!!
