Great new! I don't think fish can get stunted, they will grow again when the time is right.

Finally got a picture today. Compare to the ones from the beginning of this thread. He is a dwarf! At least I now have him eating 3-4 times every day. Today it was flakes and blackworms. Still have crickets and tilapia tonight. The crickets are being gutloaded with shrimp pellets and carrots. I hope to see some growth out of him finally.

wow is the growth rate slow for these guys? Might check these out.

Growth rate should be close to an inch a month. Mine had some health issues which set him back. If you are interested in getting one, they are out of season. You might find an individual selling one, otherwise it will be the first of the year when the babies are available again.
