sorry about taking so long i will git some new pics up tomorrow but he is doing good still haven't seen him eat but not showing any kind of fatigue but then again it took almost 2 months for my big albino cat to eat. as for koi all are still accounted for lol a little pissed from the water current but thay got used to it. he got a couple of suck marks from the pumps but i got that all taken care of so it won't happen again so far 3 weeks in and he is still doing good so lets see if i can get this little kitty to be one of the oldest in captivity lol im not sure how old he would have to be but at 18 and still going strong i think he might be close plus im just happy i can make the rest of his life a happy one :) i will keep you guys posted and pics will be up by tomorrow

Looking great. I'd say pellets and 20 years in a 125 that thing is use to doing without food so may take a while for his appetite to grow. YOu might actually be shocked that this fish may grow more still once the stunting wears off a bit and good nutrition kicks in. I was cleaning a tank in another town that was 200ish gals with 2 ID sharks that were 2' long each. Filled to the brim with sharp lava rock. They were cut all over, faces smashed up, and sunken bellies. Been in that tank for 25 years I was told. They wouldn't let me rescue them or even upgrade the tanks size :( but at least I got to take out all that horrible lava rock and put in better filtration, along with a change in diet. The fish then amazingly grew a couple inches over the next 2 years although severely stunted like your fish. :). Awesome fish! Your's and this pic really makes me want one lol.
