I had a thread going on here for prices about these bad boys a few days ago. I put a deposit on them to hold for the weekend. Well... I got them today. They're pretty huge. They're different from my other clowns too. Their blacks are JET BLACK. They're really cool. Netting the big guy was a bit of a freak show. He wrecked two 10" nets and stabbed me once and my friend another time. I think the truly huge one is closer to 11" than 10" as thought. It weighs at least two pounds haha.

The other fish + tank and supplies went to my friend, I got the clowns and the FX5 just in case anyone was following the other thread.

Here's a video I took about 3 hours after settling into the tank:

Awesome clowns and cheap porn music = Epic Video

Thanks everyone. I was hoping someone would dig the music haha. I tend to choose any music that makes me giggle. The spines on the huge one are horrendous. It's as big as a cat claw and ruined those nets.

Also, the large oddball is a new one. I have a few oddballs but that one is by far the craziest. I think it has 2 irregular markings on the same fish. One of his bands is incomplete, and a different band has a big blob on it.

I'm not doubting size but it does look like a 9" thick clown loach to me. Perception is deceiving sometimes. For me, before I introduce a clown loach or fish to tank. I measure cuz it is very easy to do and quick (low stress). This way I can track growth progress. If I'm wrong than this is a very proportional 10" CL I have ever seen. So, go measure it when you have the chance to.

I'll put a tape measurer against the glass and take a video for you soon. I'm quite certain that it is larger than 10" because it had to turn a bit sideways to fit into the frame of the net.
