Sweet. Great job on helping the dat and awesome catch because it is such a rare species.

Honestly, if someone manages to breed dats (Even if it means creating an artificial Lake for the purpose), it would really help in making them, and especially the NGT, more available.

By the way, has the second eye shown any improvement so far?

The second eye has shown great improvement from the time he/she was at the LFS but I fear there is some permanent damage to the better eye. I'm fairly certain the better eye can still see, getting face time with a newer dat for the first time is awesome. He/she's warmed up to me now and is almost always fully stable and roams the open areas of the tank much more often now and as I stated before is putting away massivore pellets.
