My new Pacus in 3ft fish tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The kid has just bought this setup with all the fish in it, so a few statements ive read from him earlier cant be true. Moosipher is bang on with what he said and i dont beleive for a second that this kid has got a 8ft tank, maybe bidding on 1 yeah but by that time he wins it he will have no fish for it. No offence matey but you really need to start listening to people here at MFK, this is a great community site with lots and lots of genuinly nice people who are more than willing to help so do yaself a favour.............
Go sit urself infront of that tank of urs and think long and hard about how ur going to sort these poor fish out for the best, truthly if it were me in ur position and thank the gods its not, but for argument sake then i would be filling the bath with water right to the top blocking the overflow and they would be going in there for a day or so, ofcourse u need heaters and filters for them, but hey atleast its bigger than 3ft plus very close to the taps so you can do ur 3 daily water changes. Put urself in ur fishys fins and see how you would like it eh.

im not going to argue if he is a troll or not but at least he got the advice he needed. Many people have tanks just like this, they just dont post them on forums and the fish live their lives in crap. I know if i had a 8 ft tank that needed resealing, it would be resealed asap but for me that could be a week or two because of my location and lack of knowledge on how to reaseal tanks.
I have seen a few tanks like this in person and when I try to give them info, they just think im stupid and say things like fish grow to the size of their aquariums and then the argument begins.

Instead of "resealing" an 8 foot tank that nobody even knows if you really have, give them to someone with a better home ASAP. If you really love these fish then you will do this.
