Just got these guys on Sunday. Where's Chris to tell me what it really is.

So I put in a divider so the two can safely be in the tank until they grow a bit. Set it up, put them on their side and go grab a towel. Come back and the Dempsey found an opening and is free swimming. Doubt he will last long but will see. Might actually catch him too.

Here'e a few shots after putting them in the tank, and after the dempsey escaped to swim with the big guys. Yes the glass needs cleaning and the sand was stirred up from putting in the divider.

Thats not a red texas. He's a kamfa flowerhorn.

Someone else on here said the exact opposite.
 
If you go to the Flowerhorn section you'll see plenty of posts about Petsmart's "red texas". People are calling them PK's, Petsmart kamfas.
