You're getting really close with anthurus.

This is my first time keeping pikes from the saxatilis group. I've always been more of a lugubris kind of guy, but I have to say I'm having a great time with these feisty little pikes. I think they do better with a planted tank anyway. I'm really loving that elongated lower lip, which seems to be especially prominent on these guys. They don't have any trouble accepting food either. Here are some pictures of the male. He's easier to capture than the female because he's always out, staring me down through the glass. I've also added a picture of my belly crawler.

nice crawler, ive never owned lugubris, just my sax and i love em there great. good luck on growin them hope they breed might just have to get a couple if they do.
