yes, this is why i asked. if you look carefully, he appears to possibly have these (even if barely noticeable)
it is also possible it's a hybrid

Virtually all b.c.i are hybrid; crosses between b.c.i from different geographic regions. Just about all breeders will cross animals of the same species but from different locale. Few breeders are interested in keeping their boas pure to locality because that isn't where the money is. Hybrid? Probably. Is it a problem? To most people, no.

I think he's a hybrid because he looks like both to me. His pattern seems more like b.c.c. but i'm not sure

You cannot distinguish by looks with certainty. Don't worry about it, he is yours and that is all that matters.
