well i spent 80 on the ten small RBP and traded that plus twenty for gas to drive to save him... he was held with some other kind of piranhas not RBP in maybe a holding tank about 5galls big... :( he is in a 55 for now till i clear my 75.... everytime i turn on light he tweaks out crazy.... maybe he is stil settling..

and he is close to 6inch id say 5 5 1/2 maybe....thanks

eh, $100 bucks for a rhom that size isn't a great deal, but it's not a terrible one either I guess. Depends on how rare they are in your neck of the woods.

They take weeks usually to settle in. Keep the lights off and try not to mess with him too much.

Howdy,

I think what matters is not how rare it is or if the deal was good or bad. It matters that you enjoy the fish and have fun with it. Obviously, it was worth that much to you, why would you regret it now?!

i dont regret it actually i like the guy i wish he would get maybe 2 inches bigger and stay that way LOL....and it is pretty rare to find around here... and i dont think the guy sells much i seen this fish there for good couple months and after getting into piranhas i found out i wanted a rhom but would not pay 100 plus for one fish so decided trade my small shoal seeing as i still have 2 other shoals of RBP's.....and it was worth it to me or i would of never drove that far you know? :D cheers...
