why section it off when that tank is a good size for a couple of pimas?
I would love to but they would outgrow this tank FAST and I have no where to put them after that so a pima is out of the picture for now maybe someday.

Ill check that like out I have a link from chommpers too that I have to e0-mail them about. but I can't place the order till this weekend or later.

I got some of the 55s that I need for the new sump. but they both need work. One is going to get resealed and the other needs a new frame. I am going to tak the top fram off the one that needs resealed and put it on the one that hold water but needs a top. then Put the onld busted top on the other that's getting resealed. so help hold it together as I'm resealing. but I need to get a new top frame for it. So if' anyone has one I could use it.

I also got some free sheets of glass from a friend today so I now have practice glass for drilling. hopefully if all goes well I can place my order for glass hole saw bits next week.

I have made some graphics on paint but I can seem to get them uploaded. They are general graphics of what I am doing for the sump since it's three chambers and three different tanks. I would love to post these graphics but I can't so if anyone knows how to get paint documents onto here let me know.

Hole sawing glass is really easy if you take your time and keep the drill speed slow and use plenty of water...

Get some modeling clay to make a dam for the water and it will make it easy to start the hole...there is no center drill bit to guide the hole saw so just make 1/2" pancake of clay an inch or so larger than the hole you are going to make. Stick it on the glass and start the hole saw when it touches the glass, remove the plug of clay from the holesaw and fill the hole in the clay with water...now your holesaw won't "walk" on the glass it will have a guide full of water...I use a cordless drill on slow speed about half throttle. Heat is the killer for those diamond bits so keep it slow and wet...no problem once you get the feel for it...Good luck and if you need more help PM me and I'll give you my cell number and we can talk in real time...~Zennz

Sweet idea with the modeling clay I was going to make a jig like chommpers but I think ill try the clay first. I will deffingitly keep in touch. I think that I will make a nice step by step on my drilling and sump . Put it all in here and this will end up morelike an article.

All I have to say is H*** SH**! What I could do with a tank that size. Kudos on the ]v[ONSTER score. I can't wait to see it up and running.

I have done a "White plastic (Teflon) cutting board" jig also. I held it in place with gray plumbers putty. But the clay way is easier and cheaper...
