If you turn the water over at about 2500-3000gph and do a fishless cycle, it shouldn't take any longer than a smaller tank. I figure with the two 55s And filling one with the bio balls I got today and some ceramic media too Would be more then plenty bio media for anything I would ever put in it and i could may a sweet trickle with a 4 foot tank. I just think it would take a long asss time to cycle. but whatever.
