my new trio!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
they are in a 30 for now, until i get my office cleaned out and there is room for a bigger one...right now they are lost in the 30 lol

BTW I always say you can't keep anything in with RBs and expect them to live, but my spotted and stripped Raphs are still going strong. If you have a good hiding spot for him he will probably never be seen by the RBs and you if your lucky you will have him his lifespan!!!!

yeah he has a little rock cave thing I made for him...except he keeps dredging out the sand and the rocks fall on him, no harm to him cept he gets pinned...not the brightest haha

Also they haven't really eaten yet...I put them in when I got them (on the 14th) with 6 feeder danios which is what they had been eating at my lfs...over night their first night they ate the tail end of 2 of the danios and 2 danios died...all day yesterday and all last night they haven't eaten anything, they just kind of sit in the corner of the tank...is this just because they are nervous and shy in their new home and because I broke up their original shoal?

Just recently got mine, at that size I would go with frozen bloodworms, mine slurp them up 3 times a day.

I have been (trying) to feed them frozen brine shrimp, but those have been a no go so far...or at least what I have seen...

I would try the bloodworms. I tried brine shrimp and mysis shrimp when i first got them and they werent too enthused.
